GACKT---WIP

So...I just started collecting Pullip and Taeyang dolls, and I do own the GACKT Taeyang but don't want to take him out of the box and can't decide if it's worth me purchasing a second to play with...I decided instead after looking at other people's on here to try to sort of customize my own. He started life as the Suzumura Rei Taeyang, and to be honest, I have not a clue about the actual character/actor his likeness is in...but his stock outfit was pretty good and the hair and eye color were what I wanted. I've always loved G best with his naturally dark hair and eyes.

Anyway...the original doll's hair was really long when I got him, so much so it almost looked like he had a mullet... I have no experience cutting doll or people hair but have sort of gently, gradually been working at it. I know it's not the greatest...in fact, now I am planning to rewig him altogether. But while I wait for the wig I ordered to get here, this is where I'm at. He kind of looks like this 2004 version of G.

Hopefully I'll get him exactly how I'd like him and I'll share another pic then...
